Hey there! I am BleSsed Brooks; a Certified Fertility Doula and the Founder and CEO of Canada's first official YONI SPA. We specialize in a traditional herbal hydrotherapy, more commonly referred to as yoni steaming.

I discovered the sacred practice of herbal hydrotherapy when I was going through my own postpartum recovery challenges with fibroids in 2012. Due to the challenges that I experienced personally and the awareness of how common these conditions are among women in the Black community, I was determined to share what I had discovered with as many women as possible.
In 2018 I launched YONI SPA, while on maternity leave with my second child. With a baby on the way and my own postpartum recovery experience having such an impact on my second birth I decided that it was time for women in Canada to learn and enjoy the benefits on traditional yoni steaming.
Since then I've been able to work with hundreds of women to improve their menstrual cycles, overcome infertility, balance their hormones, and become more comfortable with their bodies and overall health. Be sure to check out our Testimonies page to hear directly from our clients!
I support women with reproductive health conditions ranging from problematic periods, to diagnosed health conditions such as PCOS, unexplained infertility, and the inevitable change of life, menopause.
I use various herbal blends depending on the needs of client and their personal health related goals. In addition to the hydrotherapy I also support with cycle tracking, ovulation optimization, nutrition, birth team building, etc.
We've hosted temporary pop-up locations across the GTA, from Scarborough to Etobicoke and a variety of trade-show pop-ups in between. You may have seen me at a pop-up shop, or women's networking event.

As awareness around traditional yoni steaming is growing we've had people reach out from all over the world for support in improving their menstrual cycle through yoni steaming. Although we try to pop up in as many major towns as we can and provide mobile services, we can't possible reach everyone. Alternatively we've
recently launched a certification course to train women in the art of yoni steaming to equip them with the knowledge and tools needed to support women in their own herbal hydrotherapy practice to support women in their local communities.
