Fibroids

Uterine fibroids are typically benign muscular tumours that develop in the walls of a woman’s uterus. They normally consist of muscle cells and small amounts of other tissues. Fibroids often grown in groups but sometimes it is just one or two discovered if diagnosed early. Depending on what stage the fibroids are discovered they may be in a state of growing larger or merging together, in some cases they remain the same. Fibroids can range in size from the diameter of a quarter all the way up to the size of a 10 lb baby.

Vaginal steam treatments have been known to shrink uterine fibroids if they are discovered early and are still small in size. For this reason it is highly recommended by medical professionals that uterine fibroids be treated as early as possible.
